The ClearDATA management team is strengthened by the presence of five former CEO, COO level executives in key leadership positions in the company. Darin Brannan CEO, David Jemmett CTO, John Andrews CFO, Chris Bowen CPO (Chief Privacy Officer), and David Bean EVP Sales and Marketing have all been CEO's and or COO's of companies at various growth stages. Between them they have built and financed numerous successful companies. The team also has deep domain expertise in healthcare cloud computing and information security services, and extensive experience in M&A activities.

Darin Brannan, President and CEO Mr. Brannan has 18 years combined experience as a venture capitalist, entrepreneur, public company executive, and board member. He was involved in over 20 early through later stage VC investments, a founder and executive of two technology companies which both achieved successful IPO's, and executed over 34 M&A transactions. Most recently he founded and was a senior executive at Website Pros (Web.com), the largest online marketing and website SaaS service company to the SMB market. He wrote the business plan, raised over $65M from leading venture firms, attracted the senior management team and board, helped grow the company to 700+ employees and achieved a successful IPO ($300M market cap). Previously he founded Verio, Inc., the largest hosting company, where he wrote the original business plan, raised over $1B in equity and debt, attracted the senior management team and board, and helped grow the company to over 2,500 employees, and achieved a successful IPO ($1.2B market cap); it sold shortly after to NTT for $6.1B cash (the largest U.S. technology acquisition by a foreign company). While at Verio, Mr. Brannan also wrote the original business plan and helped launch VIANet, an international version of Verio, which achieved a successful IPO. Prior to his start-up and executive experience, Mr. Brannan worked at two leading Venture Capital Firms, Norwest Venture Partners and Burr, Egan, Deleage & Company, where he helped form companies and played an active role in evaluating and guiding investments in over a dozen private companies that achieved successful IPO's.

John H. Andrews, CFO/COO. Mr. Andrews has more than 30 years of progressive experience in the business services, teleservices, and technology industries. As Senior Vice President of Global Services, he recently directed the global services segment of Hypercom Corporation, a public $290 million payment technology company.  He established three global services market business units comprising the services business segment to meet the needs of the market, accelerate growth and effectively define strategy. The three units: asset management services, trusted transaction solutions and payment solutions realized profitable growth of 36% to $75+ million. Previously Mr. Andrews served as Chief Executive Officer of Excell Agent Services, LLC, a privately-held $30 million 1,000 seat call center to major communications firms.  He planned and directed that company's expansion into the wireless sector, established its Manila operations, and is credited for its multi-million dollar revenue growth.

Mr. Andrews previously held a number of executive management posts at MicroAge, Inc., a public $7 billion indirect sales-based IT products distribution and services company. As Founder and President, MicroAge Teleservices, he was responsible for long-term strategy, day-to-day operations and direction of customer care services to Fortune 1000 companies in the communications, consumer products, healthcare, logistics, technology and utility sectors. As Chief Operating Officer of the $1.8 billion MicroAge Technology Services division, he led a team of 1,850 professionals, oversaw the assimilation of several acquisitions, streamlined the company's software operating environment, and re-engineered product and service fulfillment processes for 44 branch offices. As President of MicroAge Logistics, he provided services to support annual revenue growth from $1 billion to $5 billion, implemented an ISO 9001 certified integration & assembly facility, achieved ISO 9002 certification for distribution centers and maintained P&L responsibility for services including customer care, distribution, quality integration and assembly, purchasing, inventory management and reseller support. As Chief Financial Officer of MicroAge, Inc., he led a team of finance and accounting professionals to support expansion from $364 million a year to over $1 billion.

David G. Jemmett, CTO and Founder. Mr. Jemmett is an Internet communications pioneer and telecom expert. For the past few years he ran his own consulting firm working with numerous companies of various sizes to launch and/or expand their businesses. This included creating a successful business plan for a leading EMR software developer; advising on its implementation which resulted in streamlined IT operations, personnel efficiencies, a 5x reduction in burn, and a vastly improved profit position. He played a key role in launching two medical practices from inception to patient care (including his wife's practice).

Prior to his consulting practice, he raised significant capital (in stock, cash and debt) to fund the acquisition, integration and operation of 27 companies over 17 years as former President of WinStar Data Communications, which provided high speed Internet access and hosting to companies across a range of industries.  Prior to this he was Founder and CEO of GoodNet Communications, an Internet backbone and hosting provider servicing companies in the telecommunications, retail, healthcare and software development industries which grew to 111 employees before its exit to WinStar. David has Strong technical skills and deep domain expertise in Internet networking (particularly related to latency), hosting services, and the healthcare arena.

Christopher G. Bowen, CPO (Chief Privacy Officer) and Co-founder. Mr. Bowen is a managed services and experienced operations and compliance executive. He is one of only 2,582 Certified Information Privacy Professionals in the world (CIPP) by the International Association of Privacy Professionals. He is founder and CEO of DirectClarity, a healthcare content management company providing services to 43 hospitals and foundations totaling over 60,000 employees serving over 5.8 million patients per year.

Chris was former Director of Global Market Development for First Solar. He was appointed by the Speaker of the Arizona House to the Arizona Internet Privacy Committee; former top technology advisor to the Arizona House of Representatives where he created Arizona's first legislative Internet broadcast system; and appointee to numerous high-level government positions in Congress, at Maricopa County and the State of Arizona.

David W. Bean, EVP Sales and Marketing. With over 20 years of experience in business management, he has been involved as co-founder, GM, and COO of multiple start-ups as well as holding executive management roles within several publicly traded companies including SalesLogix where he built an awarding winning Global Channel program managing 650 Partners in 72 countries. Under his direction the company was recognized and awarded the Editors' Choice Award for Channel Partner programs from Computer Reseller News and the VAR Business Five-Star Rating for Partner Programs. As a leading executive in the company he took on several positions as the company scaled to become Sage/SalesLogix (one of the largest software companies in the world), roles included VP Channels and Sales Operations, VP Product Management, VP Technical Support, and VP Corporate Development. He also served as VP & GM of a division of AncAla Equity Partners.

Brian Mitchell, VP Sales. Mr. Mitchell has a strong sales, technical, and servicing career combined with expertise in the healthcare industry. Most recently he was General Manager and Vice President of Hospital and Large Practices and Technology Sales for GE Healthcare. He was responsible for the sales leadership of three business units: Independent Practice Infrastructure, Hospital and Large Practice Infrastructure, and Software Sales. He has been the top sales leader at GE for the past few years. He built several partner relationships, launched multiple new product sales programs, initiated several demand generating marketing programs, created the GE Healthcare Technology Conference, and was a frequent speaker at IDX and GE Regional and National User Conferences.

Prior to GE Healthcare Mr. Mitchell was the Director Technology Sales for the Americas at IDX until it was acquired by GE Healthcare in 2006. He lead a team responsible for healthcare hardware and infrastructure product sales of over $200M, consistently exceeding quota and awarded Top Sales Manager designations. He also architected a modern infrastructure platform solution for Electronic Medical Record and Practice Management businesses. Mr. Mitchell holds an MBA in Healthcare Management.

Scott Holbrook, Board of Directors. Mr. Holbrook is EVP Co-founder of KLAS and a board member of HIMSS. He is EVP of Medicity and was previously EVP of Sunquest Information Systems and Park City Solutions (lab systems), and was VP at Intermountain Healthcare. These roles included responsibility for sales, marketing, business development, product management, integration services, installation and support.
